Return policy

  • The consumer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before its transfer, and after the transfer of the goods - within seven days;
  • The return of a good quality product is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified product are preserved;
  • The consumer does not have the right to refuse a product of good quality, having individually defined properties, if the specified product can be used exclusively by the person purchasing it;
  • If the consumer refuses the goods, the seller must return to him the amount of money paid by the consumer under the contract, with the exception of the seller's expenses for the delivery of the returned goods from the consumer, no later than ten days from the date the consumer submits the corresponding demand.

The procedure for accepting goods for examination and returning funds:

  • If the Goods of inadequate quality were transferred to the Buyer and this was not previously agreed by the Seller, the Buyer has the right to demand replacement of the Goods, refuse to fulfill the contract of sale, return the Goods of inadequate quality and demand the return of the money paid for the goods.
  • The Seller is obliged to accept the Goods of inadequate quality from the Buyer and conduct a quality check of the goods (examination) within 20 days from the date of submission of the said request.
  • Upon confirmation of the inadequate quality of the Goods, the Seller is obliged to return the money paid for the Goods. Refunds to the Buyer are made within 10 (ten) banking days after the positive decision of the examination (recognition of the quality of the Goods by the examination as inappropriate) to the bank account of the Buyer. By additional agreement, it is possible to transfer funds by postal order or courier.
  • When returning the Goods of good quality, the amount of the returned funds will be reduced by the amount of the commission for transferring funds to the Buyer's account or for the departure of the courier for return, as well as by the cost of returning the Goods from the Buyer back to the Seller.
  • In the event of the return of the Goods of inadequate quality, the Seller refunds to the Buyer the cost of the returned Goods and the cost of the commission for the transfer of funds (or departure of the courier), as well as the cost of delivery paid by the consumer
